Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) has released the admission schedule for the academic session 2019-20. Students and their parents who are aiming for admission can register online from March 1, 2019. KVS has released a public notice regarding the schedule for admission for the academic session 2019-20.
The declaration of the provisionally selected list for Class-I will begin from March 26, 2019. The first list will be released on March 26 and the second list will be released on April 4, 2019, if seats remain vacant. The final or third list will be released on April 23, 2019. KVS Released Class I First Merit List
KVS has released the first merit list for Class 1 admission. The list was released by individual schools. According to the sources, the date of birth will be considered based on certificates from the Notified Area Council/ Municipality/ Municipal Corporation and others.
According to the data released by KVS, a total of 7,95,121 applicants have registered for more than 1 lakh seats. The total of 1202 Kendriya Vidyalaya Schools has released the first admission list for enrolment to Class 1.

Documents Required For KVS Admission 2019
At the time of KVS admission, the following documents are required for the admission process in Kendriya Vidyalayas.
- Self-attested registration form with a passport-size photograph.
- Date of birth certificate (original)
- SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy) certificate (original)
- Transfer certificate (if any)
- Self-attested photocopies – date of birth, address Proof, service proof (if any), appointment letter (if any), latest pay slip (if any), caste certificate (if any) and disability certificate of the child (if any).

In the official public notice released by KVS the following is stated: ”List of children registered, list of eligible children, category wise list of provisionally selected children, waiting list and subsequent lists to be compulsorily displayed on the wb-site of the Kendriya Vidyalayas concerned, in addition to display on School’s Notice Board.”
Aspirants have to note that if any of the day is a public holiday, then the succeeding day will be treated as opening/closing day.
